Keep your ham fresher for longer

Soak the ham bag in a solution of water and one tablespoon of white vinegar, wring out any excess moisture.  Remove your ham from the plastic wrapping and place it in the ham bag.  Refrigerate. Rinse the bag every 3 days and always keep the bag moist.
