To maintain freshness, mushrooms should be stored in a breathable mushroom bag and refrigerated.
Exposure to excess moisture will speed spoilage.  Do not rinse mushrooms until ready to use.
This bag has a black out layer that restricts light passing through, has breathable material that ensures air circulation and reduces moisture.  It has a side zip for easy access and a pull tab string top.
