Dishy enamelware has an enamel surface which is durable and scratch resistant. It is suitable for use on gas and electric hobs, and is oven safe to 270°C. The enamelware is also dishwasher safe.  Not for use in the microwave.
 
Please note: Minor surface irregularities and unfinished edges are a normal result of the metal working and enamelling process, adding to the character and charm of enamelware.
